1. Store Terms & Age Requirements
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence. You may not use our upcycled garments or accessories for any unauthorized or illegal purposes.
2. Unique Product Characteristics (One-of-a-Kind)
Every garment at ooakvogue is created by upcycling vintage sarees of different fabrics. Because of their handmade and repurposed nature, minor threads, variations in fabric weave, or vintage distress are normal characteristics and not considered faults. Once a unique 1-of-1 product is sold, it cannot be duplicated.
3. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you via the email or phone number provided at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
