1. 15-Day Return for Exchange Policy
We want you to love your wearable art. If you are not fully satisfied with the fit or style, you can initiate a return for an exchange within 15 days from the delivery date of your package.
2. Exchange-Only Commitment (No Refunds)
Since every piece at ooakvogue is a curated one-of-a-kind creation upcycled from vintage fabrics, we do not offer monetary refunds (cash or credit card reversals). We only support exchanges. You can exchange your item for:
- A different size of the same style (if available in stock).
- An alternative design, kimono, kaftan, or shrug of equal value from our collections.
- Store credit gift card valid for any future purchase on our store.
3. Eligibility Criteria for Exchanges
To qualify for an exchange, your item must meet the following guidelines:
- The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original pristine condition.
- Original packaging cards and tags must remain attached to the dress.
- Custom sizing request items are final sale and not eligible for exchanges.
